MATT HYAMS

With over twenty years in the industry, fifteen of those with Hacer, he has contributed to the delivery of some very iconic and complex buildings. He is now bringing this experience to create and lead HYLO alongside Mark.

Earning an initial degree in Landscape Architecture prior to studying Construction Management gives him an edge and shows his strong passion for design thinking. It also enables him to champion quality outcomes through close collaboration with project teams.

He has a reputation for prioritising honesty and integrity and is very much a straight talker. He provides confidence across all stages of delivery and prides himself on taking clients along for the journey.

He is known for being a respected leader and mentor, focused on building successful teams. Setting the culture of the business and its projects from the start is key.

MARK GAROFFOLO

With eighteen years of industry experience, including twelve at Hacer leading on-site teams, he exhibits a calm, authoritative presence at all times. Through his leadership, he creates stability and controls the finished outcomes with confidence. He is the man you want in your corner when things get tough, remaining composed and solutions-focused under pressure.

He sets an energetic tempo in both life and business with an acute eye for detail. He has a passion for building, quality and developing systems that make tasks clearer, more efficient and better organised.

He is a highly effective communicator with the experience to direct large teams, aligning trades, consultants and stakeholders toward a common goal. He is committed to developing people, strengthening team culture, and leading by example to deliver consistent, high-quality project outcomes.
